We need 1 full month of check stubs to verify income.  Must be employed for a 1-year period. 

 It takes our processing department generally one to three business days to process an application. 

Must have a minimum score of 700, own their home and have garnish-able wages.

If approved, you have until noon the following business day to make your deposit. If we do not receive your deposit by that deadline, we will move on to the next approved applicant.

After lease, is signed utilities must be transferred into tenant name with 48 hours.   Lawn care and trash services are included with rent.
